International Dispute Resolution Masterclass - Beijing
This five-day intensive masterclass programme focuses on what lawyers, arbitrators and crossborder trading companies and merchants need to understand the prevalent international principles and best practices in international commercial and investment arbitration and mediation.
There are three modules in the programme:
Module 1: consists of two-day interactive lectures and workshops on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Conciliation, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules.
Module 2: consists of one-day programme focuses on investor-state arbitration and particularly the ICSID framework and procedures.
Module 3: consists of two-day intensive CEDRIDRA International Mediation Foundation training programme.
Participants who complete all the three Modules will be awarded a certificate of attendance issued by the organiser(s). Participants who pass all the assessments in Module 3 will be eligible to take CEDR-IDRA Fast-track Module II to become CEDR accredited mediators.
